Orders placed before 5:00 p.m. on a business day will normally be delivered the next day. Beyond this limit, it is not guaranteed that the merchandise will ship out the same day.
We currently work with the company NACEX , and receipt of merchandise is delivered in 24-48 hours when the order is placed on a business day. If this option is selected, the shipping amount will always be reflected on the invoice.
We have the tracking number and shipping status available upon request.
In the Community of Madrid , we have a same-day delivery service if orders are placed before 3:00 p.m. on a business day. Shipping to Madrid City is free.
There is the possibility that the merchandise is delivered by other companies (SEUR, NACEX, WIRDSIND...), we do not work directly with them but they make daily collections at our facilities, in this case the shipping is paid by the client to the transport company .
