Guarantee
Any defective part or part that does not meet the required specifications will be replaced.
Only guarantees will be covered in which the failures have occurred due to a defect in the part or incorrect assembly of the same, never due to misuse, lack of lubrication, etc. The duration of the warranty will be twelve months from the purchase.
Turbo Service will not be responsible for installation and reinstallation costs.
Property
The merchandise is the property of the seller until full payment for it.
In the event that it is unpaid, the seller has the right to have it returned in full.
Jurisprudence
The parties, by mutual agreement and expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, if different, submit for compliance, interpretation and for any issues arising from the invoice, to the Jurisdiction and Courts of Madrid.
