Guarantee
Any defective part or part that does not meet the required specifications will be replaced.
Only guarantees will be covered in which the failures have occurred due to a defect in the part or incorrect assembly of the same, never due to misuse, lack of lubrication, etc. The duration of the warranty will be twelve months from the purchase.
Turbo Service will not be responsible for installation and reinstallation costs.
Property
The merchandise is the property of the seller until full payment for it.
In the event that it is unpaid, the seller has the right to have it returned in full.
Turbocharger Diagnosis and Repair Estimate
The technical diagnosis and repair estimate service for a turbocharger involves the handling, disassembly, inspection and assessment of damage by specialised technical personnel.
This service will be invoiced to the customer upon receipt of the material as an estimate preparation fee.
The cost of the estimate shall be paid when one of the following operations is carried out:
- In the event of acceptance of the repair: The amount of the estimate shall be deducted from the total price of the repair accepted by the Customer.
- In the case of the purchase of a new or remanufactured turbocharger supplied by our company to replace the item quoted.
Payment of the diagnostic fee authorises our company to proceed with the necessary dismantling and technical assessment of the turbocharger.
Jurisprudence
The parties, by mutual agreement and expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, if different, submit for compliance, interpretation and for any issues arising from the invoice, to the Jurisdiction and Courts of Madrid.
